10 tips to enjoy life

Life isn't always a gift. Sometimes, you have to pass obstacles to get to your goal and other times, you can't seem to find the light at the end of the dark tunnel. Here are some tips to help you to get through your day, wheter you're happy or not!

1) There's nothing like a smile to lighten up someone's day. Smile to your family, to your friends and even to people you don't know. Everyone needs a sign that someone cares about him to make him feel better. You should receive one in exchange, but there's nothing like the feeling that you put some joy in someone's heart.

2) Remember that some things will stay the same. If you have the feeling that everything around you is changing and not for the best, try to think that some things never change. The birds will keep on singing their melody, wheter it's grey or sunny outside. Set the little bird in your heart free!

3) Learn from your experiences, good or bad. Whatever you did, you can learn a lesson from it! Making mistakes is easy, but admitting them is harder. By making mistakes and learning from them, you become a better person. Perfection doesn't exist!

4) Try to see the positive side of things, there is always one. If it's raining outside, the grass will be greener the day after and the flowers will grow more easily. Life is a bit like this... It takes some dark moments to enjoy the happy ones. Remember that it takes rain to create a rainbow, not only sunshine.

5) Always try harder and never give up. Ever heard that you can always realize your dreams? Well, it's true, but you need to put time and effort into it. With some perseverance and some support, you can do it!

6) You're not alone! You have a family and friends, always remember that. Whatever is happening, you can always speak to them. Tell them that you love them, we always realize too late that we should have told them earlier. If something is wrong with your family and your friends, remember that you're never alone. Whoever you believe in: God, Allah, etc., there is someone up there who you can always speak too. He doesn't reply, but he listens. You're never too old for a teddybear, a hug or a kiss.

7) Live in the present. Sometimes, we wish that we could erase the past, but think about this... What makes you what you are right now is what you have been and what you have learned.

8) Help someone! Make a good action like helping the old lady to cross the street, letting a pedestrian cross the street if you're in your car, cutting the grass of the old man next door, etc. It will make you feel helpful and you will have contributed to make someone happy!

9) Fresh off your mind. Take a walk outside, whatever season it is. Take your time to notice the beauty of nature: the early leaves of trees, the flowers growing, the colorful trees, the pure and white snow... When you'll come back home, you'll have some new ideas and you'll see some things differently. This will also keep you in shape and you'll have a better image of yourself.

10) Feel free! It's your favorite song on the radio? Don't be afraid to dance and sing your heart out! Turn up the volume and bite into life! You're young and full of energy, it's time to enjoy it! Do whatever you want to do, whatever what others think!
